We are delighted to announce an exciting new project, aiming to develop workshops for secondary schools in conjunction with Bourne Community College.
Headed by Margaret Eva, Bourne Community College, which has achieved and overall ’outstanding’ Ofsted, has embarked on a crucial development partnership with JUSTDIFFERENT.
The college, is a comprehensive school for students aged eleven to sixteen and is situated on the border of West Sussex and Hampshire.
The ethos at the college is very unique. They are an inclusive school and emphasise enjoyment in learning within an ordered and caring environment. Every individual is valued and they have ambition for all students.
“The Bourne is a successful school and we are proud of all our students’ achievements in a wide range of fields that include the academic, musical, sporting and artistic. We are committed to promoting learning as a lifelong process and putting theory into practice into working in close partnership with our community.
We are really excited to be involved with JUSTDIFFERENT in helping them develop workshops for secondary schools. A number of departments and students will be involved helping to shape the project and its outcomes. From helping to develop online workshop resources to teaching students about charity and volunteering, this project is a partnership guaranteed to benefit both parties” says Headteacher Margaret Eva.
